Dr. Shaheen Mian has been practicing Internal Medicine / Primary Care for more than 30 years. Dr. Mian has extensive experience in treating patients with a multitude of medical conditions. She recently relocated from Massachusetts to Northern Virginia to be close to her family.
During her tenure in New England, Dr. Mian worked as a Primary Care physician in various capacities providing inpatient and outpatient care. She ran a private medical practice for over 20 years, managed a medical weight loss program, where she supported patients in their weight loss journey, and supervised care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Dr. Mian was faculty at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and trained medical students and nurse practitioner students for several years. She was Quality Medical Director in her local care organization where she oversaw quality metrics in physician practices to increase compliance with Medicare regulations. Committed to giving back to underserved communities, Dr. Mian volunteers her time regularly to minority communities and people in need.
Dr. Mian was voted “Best Physician” in her hospital for several years in a row. She is passionate about consulting with her patients to reach the best outcomes for their needs. A lifelong learner, Dr. Mian enjoys traveling, the arts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dr. Park completed the Bachelor of Science / Doctor of Medicine program at Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed an internal medicine residency at Case Western Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio, and is Internal Medicine board-certified physician. Dr. Park has 10 years of experience and prior to starting at Heale Medical, she worked in academic medicine as well as hospitalist work. Her focuses include preventative care and women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her husband and two children. She also likes to volunteer at church and with various global health organizations.
DR. STEPHANIE NG, D.O.
Dr. Stephanie Ng completed her undergraduate studies at University of New England in Maine after serving as a medic in the US Army for four years. She graduated with a degree in Medical Biology and began working in the biotech/pharmaceutical field as a research assistant. She attended the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency program with the US Army in El Paso, TX. Upon completion of her program, she was assigned to the largest American hospital outside of the US in Germany.
During her time there, she worked as a primary care physician until she was deployed to Afghanistan as a Battalion Surgeon with the 2nd Cavalry Infantry unit. With the help of her medics and PA, she ran a sick call clinic for her soldiers, attended to minor traumas, provided medical training/education to the combat medics as well as organized a Flu vaccination clinic and Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment Day alongside her Physical Therapist. Throughout her career she had worked in various positions to include hospitalist, primary care and urgent care.
Her medical interests include preventive healthcare, integrative medicine, OMT and aesthetics. Dr. Ng is fluent in Spanish as well.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, watching movies, dancing and having adventures where ever life takes her!

From the woman that received me at the door, to Dr. Sarah Park, to the woman who took my blood my experience was the most pleasant, warm, and comfortable (yet still efficient and knowledgeable) I have ever felt when visiting a GP or any medical practice for that matter. Dr. Park’s bedside manner was one of a doctor who really listened and spent time with me in such a way that she far exceeded my expectations. Her office is well run but in a manner in which you aren’t just a number or a dollar sign, you are a human being they want to get to know to better understand your needs. This type of care paired with expertise is rare in northern Virginia so I appreciated their care, knowledge, and efficacy.
I had a great first visit. The waiting area is calm, the check in process was easy and my appointment started right on time.Dr Park asked me about my hopes and health goals and asked focused follow up questions about my health history and lifestyle. She was interested in what I’m already doing and offered a few specific suggestions that I can begin to implement right away, while she pulls together more data in preparation for my one month follow up consultation.
It’s refreshing to find a physician who acknowledges the progress I’ve made and wants to work with me to guide me toward additional changes to become even healthier.

I went for my first visit with Dr. Sarah Park and she was attentive, thorough, and understanding. Sometimes when I go for doctor’s visits, I feel rushed and unheard. However, Dr. Park really took the time to have a conversation and listen to my experiences before providing her medical input. Georgine was also a key factor in making me feel comfortable. She explained parts of the appointment, such as the 3D Fit Assessment, in depth. This made me feel informed about what was happening and eased my comfort.

It was my first time at Heale Medical Primary Care and the entire experience was very pleasant. Great experience. This was my first visit on new insurance after going to an HMO my entire life so it was definitely a new experience for me. The team at Heale Medical made me feel welcome; they answered all of my questions and made things very easy and simple. There were also no long wait times which I am used to – I was in and out for my physical in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 experience!! I recently had to find a new primary care doctor and I found Dr. Sarah Park on Zoc Doc. She made me feel comfortable, and showed she really cared about my health and concerns. Starting from just walking in, the place was very well kept, and Georgine who ran the front desk was very efficient in making sure things ran smoothly and what needed to be, was properly communicated to the respective doctor! Dr. Mian was such a delight to have entered quite diligently in the waiting room, being very respectful of everyone’s time and very informative to any questions or concerns I had! No lack of knowledge here, and definitely by no means will you get a faulty evaluation due to all their up to date technology just making the visit all that much more efficient and stress alleviating!! 100/10 DEFINITELY recommend!!
