I found Heale Medical Primary Care on Zocdoc and I’m so glad I did! I saw the reviews on google was a perfect score so I had to check it out myself. The clinic is super close to where I live and I needed to find a new primary care doctor as my company no longer supported Kaiser. When I first arrived for an annual physical exam, I was welcomed by the front desk associate Georgina who was very friendly and helped make the onboarding process very smooth. I ended up getting a flu shot from the nurse and she was also very friendly and welcoming. I have a fear of needles but she made getting the flu shot very quick and easy. I met with Dr. Stephanie Ng and I felt she was very easy to talk to and very personable. I went in the afternoon, so I had to come back another day to get my blood drawn for the physical exam. They mentioned that I can just drop in at any time without an appointment which was so nice that it gave me that flexibility because my work can get crazy. I came back a week later in the morning to get my blood drawn by Connie Stevens and she was also lovely to talk to and we would be in conversation which really put myself at ease as she took 6 bottles of blood for the physical exam. I have a fear of needles and she made this process very smooth. I noticed they also had a 3D machine to get your body comp information so I asked Georgina about it on my way out and she mentioned that since I was there I can do a quick scan. I loved how I was able to also do this during this drop in trip. The furniture and interior design also felt like you were more at home instead of a cold hospital which I really appreciated as it felt more warm and comfortable. I felt very taken care of at this clinic and I’m very happy to have found this place so close by! I may actually want to go to the doctor’s more often instead of avoid them like the plague.

I had a wonderful experience at Heale Medical! It was a pleasure meeting Georgine and Dr. Mian; they were both very kind and knowledgeable. The office is beautifully decorated and professional. After my first visit, I feel much more confident about my health. You are in capable hands here!

Dr. Sarah Park was absolutely the best. My first visit there I did not feel rushed. Front desk Georgine was the sweetest. I appreciate the office being so clean and provide refreshments and snacks. The office is very aesthetic too. During my visit Dr. Park was very attentive, caring, and very empathetic. I appreciated she listened to everything I said and provided her best medical advice. As a patient I feel reassured that I am in good hands!

I booked a last minute appointment with Dr. Mian for some recent pain I had been experiencing, and I was a new patient for her and for the practice. I had booked toward the end of the workday, and I received a call the day prior asking if I’d like to move my appointment up by 45 minutes to make sure I had enough time with Dr. Mian. Truly a step above in terms of care. During my visit with her, she was absolutely wonderful. She was caring in regards to my pain, and really took a holistic approach in getting to know me as a patient and as a person. Beyond that, everyone else I interacted with at the practice was incredibly helpful, caring, and friendly as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic service from both the receptionist and the doctor today. Dr Park was so kind and patient and asked more discovery questions than any other doctor I’ve seen in the last 20-something years. Georgine was so attentive and sweet while managing my intake process. I’m so happy to have found this place and excited to build a relationship with a medical professional I feel has my best interests at heart.

I recently switched primary care physicians and was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Park and her staff. Georgina is very helpful and efficient in giving me instructions on how to fill my initial forms. There was no waiting time for me and Dr. Park was able to see me as soon as I got there. Pretty impressive for a first visit. During my visit I never felt rushed and Dr Park took her time to collect all the information she needed about me. I feel that we thoroughly covered all my concerns and issues and she scheduled a follow up appointment in two months. Usually with other doctors it’s like see you in a year. Overall I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and glad to have chosen Dr Park as my primary care physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a good family Doctor.

My husband and I had been looking for a new primary care provider for a few months. We knew we wanted concierge style care so we wouldn’t be just a medical record number– we both work in health care so we’ve seen both sides of that coin. Registering as a new patient was all online and very simple and secure. The office is brand new and beautifully decorated. Georgine was so friendly checking me in, and I barely had time to sit on the cute couch before Dr. Park called me back. The visit was great! It felt like catching up with a friend. We were able to address all my concerns within the visit and I never felt rushed. Georgine was able to quickly schedule my follow-up visit, and my post-visit notes and lab orders were all available digitally right away. Hands down one of the best office visits I’ve had!

Genuinely the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office! Dr. Sarah Park is so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring and really took her time getting to know me and my health goals. Georgine at the front desk is delightful and makes you instantly feel welcome and connected. You feel taken care of as soon as you walk through the door, while you’re there, and after you leave. I’ll be recommending them to all of my friends.

Dr. Mian was absolutely amazing! She was so through and patient. She really took the time to get to know me, my history, and was a pleasure to be around over all. Emily was the PA and she was so sweet. I was grinning from ear to ear the entire time. The office is beautiful and well equipped. Excited to establish Dr. Mian as my PCP.
