DR. SHAHEEN MIAN, M.D.
Dr. Shaheen Mian has been practicing Internal Medicine / Primary Care for more than 30 years. Dr. Mian has extensive experience in treating patients with a multitude of medical conditions. She recently relocated from Massachusetts to Northern Virginia to be close to her family.
During her tenure in New England, Dr. Mian worked as a Primary Care physician in various capacities providing inpatient and outpatient care. She ran a private medical practice for over 20 years, managed a medical weight loss program, where she supported patients in their weight loss journey, and supervised care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Dr. Mian was faculty at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and trained medical students and nurse practitioner students for several years. She was Quality Medical Director in her local care organization where she oversaw quality metrics in physician practices to increase compliance with Medicare regulations. Committed to giving back to underserved communities, Dr. Mian volunteers her time regularly to minority communities and people in need.
Dr. Mian was voted “Best Physician” in her hospital for several years in a row. She is passionate about consulting with her patients to reach the best outcomes for their needs. A lifelong learner, Dr. Mian enjoys traveling, the arts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

DR. SARAH PARK, M.D.
Dr. Park completed the Bachelor of Science / Doctor of Medicine program at Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed an internal medicine residency at Case Western Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio, and is Internal Medicine board-certified physician. Dr. Park has 10 years of experience and prior to starting at Heale Medical, she worked in academic medicine as well as hospitalist work. Her focuses include preventative care and women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her husband and two children. She also likes to volunteer at church and with various global health organizations.

DR. STEPHANIE NG, D.O.
Dr. Stephanie Ng completed her undergraduate studies at University of New England in Maine after serving as a medic in the US Army for four years. She graduated with a degree in Medical Biology and began working in the biotech/pharmaceutical field as a research assistant. She attended the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency program with the US Army in El Paso, TX. Upon completion of her program, she was assigned to the largest American hospital outside of the US in Germany. During her time there, she worked as a primary care physician until she was deployed to Afghanistan as a Battalion Surgeon with the 2nd Cavalry Infantry unit. With the help of her medics and PA, she ran a sick call clinic for her soldiers, attended to minor traumas, provided medical training/education to the combat medics as well as organized a Flu vaccination clinic and Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment Day alongside her Physical Therapist. Throughout her career she had worked in various positions to include hospitalist, primary care and urgent care.
Her medical interests include preventive healthcare, integrative medicine, OMT and aesthetics. Dr. Ng is fluent in Spanish as well.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, watching movies, dancing and having adventures where ever life takes her!

HELENA EZZELDIN DCN-C, MS, LDN, 200-RYT
Helena is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who is dedicated to helping her clients re-discover a healthy relationship with food and their body. Helena leads in her practices of nutrition with the idea of helping her clients find food freedom as they overcome their goals . Helena is always continuing to learn and educate herself to best help her clients, and is pursuing her Intuitive Eating Counselor Certification. She has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from The George Washington University, her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and is pursuing her Doctoral in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University.
In addition to Helena’s nutritional expertise, she has also completed her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification. She uses the principles of connection to breath and body to help clients feel empowered in their own skin and explore breathing techniques to help combat anxiety and uncertainty when reaching their goals. In her free time, Helena loves spending time with her dog and cat, exploring new trails and hikes in Virginia with her husband, and making time to be creative through painting and pottery.
